Shipping policy
Domestic shipping within New Zealand (NZ):
- We provide free shipping NZ wide on orders over $25 to standard addresses
- We provide free rural delivery within NZ for 2 or more items. Rural delivery for a single item is $5
- We use only tracked courier services, you will get an email or text update with tracking information once your products have been dispatched
- Please provide a street address as we cannot courier to PO boxes

DELIVERY TERMS
Average delivery time on domestic Orders is 2 - 5 business days from the time we confirm receipt of your Order.
From time to time we may be a delay in dispatching your Order, or if you live in a remote area which will add additional delivery time to the standard timeframe outlined as above up to 5 business days.
Should this be the case you will be notified as soon as is reasonably possible once we are aware of the issue, and you may cancel the Order and get a full refund for the products that will not be delivered.
We will advise what the delivery fees are once you go to checkout the order. Here are our delivery fees:
- All standard Orders within New Zealand incur no delivery fees
- Rural delivery is free for 2 or more items. Rural delivery for a single item is $5
Currently Gourmate Pet Treat Co. does not offer expedited shipping, only standard shipping. If you have a delivery deadline drop us a note at woof@gourmate.co.nz and we can advise you of your options.
All shipping will be tracked.
Gourmate Pet Treat Co.™ Limited is not responsible for any Order sent to an incorrectly entered address, including addresses that do not accept courier deliveries (i.e. New Zealand P.O. Boxes)
The courier delivering your Order will attempt to deliver to you personally and require a signature. In the event you are not home and/or a signature can’t be obtained the driver will be authorised to leave your parcel in a safe place in accordance with their delivery policy.
We will not be liable to you for any damages, expenses or costs suffered or incurred by you due to the Order not being fulfilled or the Products not being delivered within the delivery time specified in these terms and conditions.
